What are your offers and what is included? Without QNG - so the "small component"?

The pure consulting costs should in this case be far from the interest savings - the crux is the additional costs in construction to meet the funding criteria...

The normal thermal protection certificate costs between €900 and €1200 and for KfW 300 without qng between €9000 and €15000. Additionally, there may be further additions during construction to achieve KfW 40. Solid construction on a slope, basement open at the front, rest waterproof concrete. Upper floor and attic with Poroton 42.5 unfilled. Air-water heat pump with photovoltaics and possibly a ventilation system are planned anyway, regardless of KfW.

Have you placed the decimal points correctly?! 9,000 EUR to 15,000 EUR just for the energy consulting services for KfW300 without QNG?!

Yes, that all fits. This is currently the rule for KfW 300 without QNG.
With QNG, another €5000 on top.

We are currently building KfW 300 without QNG. I can’t even fully get 15,000 together for the building application, structural analysis, energy consulting, heat load calculation, and small stuff including architect services... contract conclusion around August 2023
