It's no surprise, is it? Whoever has a spending problem will never manage with more money. Whether a private individual, a company, or a state

More than 900 billion in tax revenue in 2023. That is a record.

Since February 20222 over 2 million refugees. That is a record.

There were no future investments.

28 special funds with over 700 billion euros. Unconstitutional. The costs of the welfare state can no longer be financed.

The current government ignores the ruling of the Constitutional Court.

To bring the point full circle here.

You go to the bank and want a loan of 1 million for a house purchase. You get the loan and the money is transferred to your account. Instead of buying a house, you squander the money on travel, shoes, and other luxury items. Then the money is gone and there is no house anymore. That’s roughly how one can describe the actions of the government.

I’m afraid now it’s getting serious.

Laschet also ran on the promise to abolish daycare fees in NRW and then wanted to become chancellor. Today, no one talks about either anymore.

Hello everyone,

we have now received several offers from energy consultants regarding KfW 300 without QNG, only with life cycle analysis. All consultants advise against building with the KfW because the costs for the consultant themselves, the expenses, as well as the bureaucratic effort are far too high. Interest savings KfW 0.25% compared to regular interest rates of about 4% currently. What are your experiences? Are you building with KfW or without? Thanks in advance.

What are your offers like and what is included? Without QNG - so the "small component"?

The pure consulting costs in this case should be far away from the interest savings - the crucial point is the additional production costs to meet the funding criteria...

Short fun fact from our construction site yesterday (KfW40/300-without QNG): We considered installing the insulation above the OKBP below the ground floor screed not with 14cm Sundolitt WLG035 but with 2x6cm Sundolitt WLG35 and additionally 2cm Puren WLG023. So energetically much better. Quote from the energy consultant: That breaks the threshold for the LCA, you’re already cutting it close anyway. The production of Puren is significantly more environmentally harmful than the "classic" 035 insulation. I have to calculate very carefully whether that still fits...
