KfW Funding Climate-Friendly Residential Building from March 2023

Just a quick question. We are about to buy a three-year-old (and currently occupied) house in NRW. It is a 3-liter house (A+) with geothermal energy. Our/My salary is so high that we are just above all these income limits. We now have a financing offer from the house bank, and on Monday someone from Dr. Klein is coming. Are there no subsidies that could somehow relieve us? Apparently, only the KFW124, with higher interest rates than our bank, is possible for us. Maybe someone can still give us a tip?

For an existing building without renovation needs, I don’t really see any possibility. Kfw 300 wouldn’t be an option anyway (regardless of income). Maybe the development bank in NRW offers something, but I’m not familiar with that.

You mean for the NRW.Bank financings? Then, apart from (expensive) KfW funds, there are no alternatives known to me offhand.

we want to build a KFW 40 QNG house and have applied for the loan via KFW 300 220k€ applied for, 0.18% eff. (Allianzbank) term 10 years full repayment, we don’t need more.

Additional costs compared to KFW 40 without seal about 11k€ including 2000€ buffer and 1500€ preparatory work by developer.

I have read most of the posts and have to say that many write here that it is not worth it because it is too expensive and so on, unfortunately always from members who have not built a QNG and did not intend to, etc.
Is there really anyone here who has built a QNG house and could roughly describe how complicated the whole thing was or is?
The energy consultant said, don’t worry it is the same house as KFW 40 just with a seal :)
