KfW Funding Climate-Friendly Residential Building from March 2023

Our application also went to the KFW last Thursday. This morning we received feedback from the bank that the approval is already in place.

So we have 3 loans with top conditions:
Wohnraumförderung NRW: 1% for 30 years; 28,000 Euro repayment grant
KFW 300: 0.25% for 10 years
NRW.Bank nachhaltig wohnen: 2.86% for 15 years

I think we were at the right place at the right time :)

The KfW has just raised the interest rates for program 297/298. Interesting, are they trying to save money so they don't have to stop the funding at the same time? What do you think?

Interesting! With the 300 one, the interest rates are still the same. If my dear wife cooperates, we might even jump from 35 years term to 25 years term...

The difference is hardly worth it for the trouble you go through
