The traffic light coalition is to blame for everything, yeah yeah. Single-family houses are not desired, therefore high interest rates. Neither Putin, nor the ECB, nor anyone else is to blame for that, Habeck alone does it all ;)

Let's go... if I calculate these interest rates against the current Dr.-Klein base rates of 3.71% over 10 years, the house with KfW 40 may be about 29,000 euros more expensive than without, so that it pays off. For everyone who easily achieves 40, certainly nice.

I also discovered the conditions earlier and they are much better than I thought. But from which program is your screenshot? At 297,298 I see the following conditions:

And what surcharge does the bank still add here? The tooltip explicitly states that the effective annual interest rate shown here does not include any costs of the bank.

You are of course right... my screenshot was from 261, i.e. existing buildings :rolleyes: But it doesn't differ that much.

Does anyone have experience regarding the clause:
    [*]emits so little CO2 during its lifecycle that the requirement for greenhouse gas emissions of the "Sustainable Building Plus Quality Seal" is met
I am especially interested in empirical values or statements from energy consultants concerning a solid construction house.
