There is little I can say about this based on my very amateurish experience if you don't know what your requirements are. Windows, for example: if you wanted wood-aluminum, that would be too little; if plastic, then it might fit. Heating and plumbing: some probably spend your entire budget on one bathroom... etc. Overall, it seems quite realistic to me, but we simply don't know what you want for all of this.

Very realistic.

Regarding screed, I would say you might be able to save something there. We currently paid 3.6 gross for 170 sqm and an average height of 7 cm. Personally, I find the electrical work budgeted very low. Roof insulation – only the insulation itself? For comparison – we got only mineral wool 200mm WLG035 at Obi for 1600€, installed in one day by two people (between rafters). Construction power including consumed kWh? Only rent for the construction power distributor should be smaller.

Electricity 8? Very very cheap. Something is missing. Garage 15? That's at most 3x6 meter prefabricated parts without foundation. For the outdoor area, maybe 20m2 of paving with base and some curbstones. The rest could be possible but tight.

So my opinion is similar to the previous writer.

The electrical work was done by us ourselves, these costs, so that could be difficult.

The garage will probably not be sufficient.

Outdoor facilities for the essentials and already in EL.

For the rest, I would think it could be enough, but only with moderate demands.

I don't believe that you will live poorly after building the house. Somehow the construction was initially shocking and frighteningly expensive for everyone around and us. But the neighbors have all been on vacation several times this year and no one is missing the Weber grill, the electric bike...

Often something changes professionally as well.

7,000 € for outdoor facilities, that is nothing. What are your priorities.

We pay for:
- Driveway
- 40 sqm terrace
- Fence at the front (20m including 4m electric gate, electric wicket gate and mailbox)
- Fence on the right (73m double rod mesh 8/6/8) about 32,000 €.

And this will probably just be the beginning.

With self-paving and chain link fence as well as a simple gate, you can already do something with the 7k...
