The good thing is that you do it in-house. That way you still have good control over the fact that some things that can wait are simply done later.
If panic attacks already occur, self-management is unfortunately anything but good. And moving into an unfinished construction site with the thoughts of everything that is still unfinished and needs to be done does not help either. It would be nice to be able to hand over all the stress, but that is (feeling-wise) not possible for financial reasons. Depending on how bad the racing thoughts are, the fears may fade away on their own as progress is made, or professional help is needed. You mean the one from ? I'm not sure if that serves to calm things down. Especially not because another house was bought for a rather wild financing structure.There was a similar thread here once with a withdrawal.... maybe look for that one.
