And I also have to agree that I wonder about discussing the budget when considering the glossy catalog villa, which is very extravagant, meaning expensive, where a 100,000-200,000€ difference in construction costs should not be significant.

As I said. This is just a rough draft. The 90 m2 single-story is set. Then the children’s room and office go into the basement. We just have to do that first. Not officially name it like that. It depends on the development plan.

The big windows look down the slope into the open nature. That has its charm and, of course, its price.
