Just because you had bad experiences with leasing doesn't mean the rest of the world is responsible for that. Yes, for me personally, this is the first lease. But I have many friends and acquaintances who have been leasing for a longer time, and none of them had to pay for alleged damages when there were none. Besides, the lessor provides clear guidelines on what counts as damage and what does not. I will have the experience myself when I return the vehicle, but what are you supposed to charge if there are no damages? :D And don't worry, the costs for the photovoltaic system are included in the price;)

I wonder what that's supposed to mean. We've also been doing leasing for years and have never had any problems. No idea what your experiences are, but we've never had any "return damages." Maybe you'd like to explain in more detail what you mean...

Exactly, and at some point you'll also calculate the costs for the garage/carport and the paving. Of course, you're right, everything costs money, but at some point you have to draw a line if you don't budget everything as strictly as you do - not to say that I think your approach is bad. It just doesn't suit everyone.

This is that "If it was like this for me, then it must be the same for everyone else" thinking :D

"Like master, like servant" :D Exactly. If your car is scratched and/or dented, it doesn’t have to be the same for others. ;)
