I don't want to offend anyone here, but would a diet be an option at 150kg? Then, for example, you could save on the bathtub, and the toilet seat would break less often.....

Painting work: We only had the amount for the material costs and in the end only did the basement and a few side rooms ourselves. For the living areas, hallways, kitchen, and bathrooms, a professional had to be called in after all. The difference is definitely noticeable.....

Well, here the freshly tapped 0.2l Bitburger costs €1.50 :) in our regular pub :)
But the döner costs €6
I live in a district of Remscheid. We have about 24,000 inhabitants here. Remscheid itself about 112,000.

Beer starts at 0.3l, everything else is an aperitif. I once applied to Sana Kliniken in Remscheid many years ago. Nice city, but you really have to like the ups and downs

Remscheid itself is well... Lennep is great :) A lot of importance is placed on that here :D The up and down is sometimes quite annoying. We currently live at the highest point. The old town is at the lowest. Wine festival etc. is then quite annoying regarding the way home :D

Just suddenly €50,000 more also happened to us with the outdoor area, but it is a sloping site and required various retaining walls.
The sample surcharge was also beyond €10,000 and the extra costs for the tiling work were really bad. We then simply did not accept a final invoice due to poor workmanship and generally incomprehensible pricing....
Can happen with the first house after all.....
