If you really can’t do anything yourself, not even screw a mailbox somewhere, then this will just be the beginning, yes.
Don’t take it the wrong way, you give the impression that you are seeking attention by constantly emphasizing how unbelievably much you pay for your place... and of course also can pay ;)
But that doesn’t help much in threads like this, because people are looking for a realistic assessment of how much money you really need if you can do a lot yourself.
The "I paid 32,000 EUR" "Pah, I paid 60,000 EUR" "Child’s play, my rainwater tank alone costs 25,000 EUR" debate, can you have that somewhere else, please?
PS:
I’m sure you pay six figures for a driveway on the highway... but hardly anyone has one, so that is irrelevant for this debate.
I don’t pay much for my place. Just looking at the land prices in other federal states, we’re building a bargain house. Also, when I look at the average living space in the forum, with 138 sqm we are building rather a small house. For that, a lot is done ourselves. Others put up 180 - 200 sqm houses, but the outdoor facilities aren’t finished for years.
About doing everything yourself. Firstly, if everyone did everything themselves, many companies would already be bankrupt. Secondly, I prefer working rather than doing things on the house that I can’t do. The garden will be demanding enough work.
You list the prices and then something like this comes up. It’s always a sender-receiver “problem.”
