Oh, do you have a photo of that? Because we also have windowsills everywhere on the ground floor, which my husband thinks you could step on and I believe that "normal" windowsills are rather not intended to be stepped on and I want to remove them before the exterior plastering. It’s about 7 windowsills ... maybe I can still sell them after removal. ;-)Now I had to laugh. Almost fell off my chair. Something like a recessed floor we have – well, so that you can’t see anything, and it used to be the cowshed.
as often, if not stated otherwise, the standard applies and that is with a threshold. Since you had to sample quite price-consciously, it was probably clear to the seller what it would be and to a man it doesn’t matter. Whether you can still simply reorder? By the way, I also have windowsills on the threshold-free door.
I knew that beforehand, namely all patio doors on the ground floor without thresholds. But apparently I communicated it incorrectly. I made no difference between patio doors and terrace doors because I was not aware of any. It’s easiest if you already know beforehand how you want each window to be.
In case the question refers to me: I would like sand-colored polygonal slabs, but made of concrete. So far, I have only found the desired slabs in natural stone and I am somewhat uncertain because of maintenance and sensitivity. I am still searching. It blows my mind that these slabs should not exist made of concrete; I always thought you could find everything on the internet. ;-)And do you already know what kind of terrace you want? Like wooden terrace, or stone slabs, or tiles, or...?
It seems as if what I want has not existed anyway. That comforts me. :) I wanted threshold-free, but tiltable. :) I don’t like lift-and-slide doors. For this reason, I also see the necessity of the choice decision as to which elements you want to be threshold-free and which you want to be tiltable. For lift-and-slide doors, you can’t just “take lightly” the bottom guide rail, therefore the installation in the screed would probably be necessary if “threshold-free” is desired.
