If they "just call briefly," they would only be making phone calls. You are not the only one. Furthermore, you would have nothing in hand. And what you now want changed, whether no driveway at all because of symmetry and a completely different design because you now don't want this and that either, you have to figure out yourself. The building authority is not an advisor but is supposed to provide you with facts. see above.

I already advised on the double carport right at the beginning.

Not wanting to comply with a building envelope????

I still believe the planner is (not) an EXPERT. Shaking my head.

Why didn’t you upload the plans again before submitting? Or make a preliminary building inquiry beforehand?

5 months have passed. Without success.

Well, I wanted it to be nicely symmetrical, now it just has to be different.


That was the information from a caseworker at the building authority, that we are allowed to move the house further back.


Unfortunately, yes.
