I have simply never seen a really nice coat rack in small hallways. A hallway is usually too small to offer space for a nice coat rack, which to me means generously, extravagantly furnished. If I find a coat rack that appeals to me, I will integrate it. Everyday shoes are stored in the utility room; accessories, of which I don’t need many daily, are in my room upstairs. That’s where I get dressed anyway and select the matching accessories, as well as jewelry.

You still have all the possibilities to make sure it doesn’t become too small I personally really like a spacious entrance area! Unfortunately, we can’t implement a long wardrobe, I like those where you have tall cabinets on the outside and small ones in the middle to sit on. I once grabbed a picture from Pinterest.
But I don’t want to change your mind now if you think you don’t need something like that.

Me neither. That's why I designed one myself in my new build.

You don’t find it, you design it and then enjoy it. So the discussion ends here.

So I haven't read all 22 pages, but how do you come up with comparing this house to Rick's?

This seems to me to be a completely normal house / to become one with a completely normal budget like hundreds of normal people have (except for the kitchen issue) ... and they are not all unhappy either .....

Not everyone here can have a Rick or Climbee house ...

I am also super happy to have 2.5m for a wardrobe. I do not regret planning it in at all. I will build something similar to what posted with kitchen furniture! For me, a well-planned wardrobe is a highlight in the house. I love it when there is a lot of storage space and everything looks/neat and tidy.

No one is doing that! Rick is mentioned in a different context.
