By phone. ;-) All the other neighbors have also exceeded the building window, but they built 10-15 years ago. Presumably, a lot has changed since then. Well, we have to make the best of it. :)

That is what you have an authorized design draftsman for, who had to extensively deal with the subject matter at the master craftsman level or university. The employees of the authority are actually only there to check whether the conveyed knowledge is implemented in accordance with the regulations.

Yes, our wishes were discussed by phone with a caseworker of the building authority who gave the impression that this was okay ... but presumably now someone else is authorized to make decisions. And as mentioned, almost all neighbors have exceeded the building boundaries. For us, however, this is not so bad; a "normal mainstream house" is enough for us.

In building authorities, it is not uncommon that the head of the office and his deputy are civil servants, but "below them" employees also work – they may be professionally competent, but their information may only be assessments without legal binding force (not only due to lack of written form, but also due to lack of authority to represent).

Correction: A nice house, but within the usual building limits. :)

Such nonsense. That has absolutely nothing to do with civil servant status.

But telephone information is always rubbish anyway.
