Since you wrote so much separately, I probably have a lot of duplicate quotes as well...
The plan is initially for now, when neither of us is restricted yet. As soon as the restrictions occur, we will sell the house
I think you have thought this through well. I probably wouldn’t even build with these premises, but rather rent something. Because building a house with heart and soul ... after 10 years, the little trees are just about grown, so you might not want to part with it later after all. But maybe I will see it differently then, if I were wearing your glasses. The senior apartment I also find optimal at some point.
I didn’t dare to say the same thing. But a justified question. You don’t get younger.
You are only allowed to do that if you yourself have come into old age
then I use a serving trolley or there will be a buffet.
I don’t want a passage because I don’t like being watched in the kitchen. Guests or my husband would probably always look through the passage. I like separate and clearly defined areas when it comes to areas where I don’t “shine”.
Ok, that’s also understandable – not everyone wants a show kitchen. But then that means even more intensive planning on how to create short distances. Or do you want to zip through the whole house with a serving trolley (doesn’t that exist???)? The buffet without a faucet or cooking station? Or guests occupying half the house and clogging the hallway?
I will look at everything again. The connection kitchen-"dining area" is not important to me.
But at the latest, the problem comes up when reselling. I share the same opinion as your namesake
In probably no more than 20 years, we will move into a bungalow or assisted living.
Actually, I want to design the car accommodation so that it is perceived as not belonging to the house.
Then please carports that are subordinate and do not conspicuously attract all attention on the entire property including cars. You do the floral stuff, buds, petals, tralala best with a flower garden, but not with carport roofs. Look at : you are describing roughly her front garden.
