Sauna towel in front and that's that ;)

Not at all, it's the other way around :D

I have been able to use this type of shower honestly for years, and it was simply heavenly not to freeze, because it doesn't trap the heat in a cabin. It only gets cold when you open the shower door; besides, the mirror does not fog up with the shower open. Also, the reduced maintenance effort should not be underestimated; squeegee over the tiles and that's it.

We are about to renovate our bathroom, and one thing is certain: there will be no shower door; maybe we'll implement the OP's idea. I find it an exciting idea because we have enough space.

We have that ;-)

Are you sure we are talking about the same thing? We also have our shower open on one side—completely without a door. I find that wonderful. But on two sides?!?

Yes, I imagine it quite airy; we would also have space. Rhenish greetings

airy in the sense of "more" space; not in the sense of cold ;-)

yes, the question is how far the water really splashes with a proper rain shower (everyone seems to say something different) I can hold the tiles at an angle beyond the wall so that the water flows back and the second wall would be continuous anyway it would be interesting if someone has done something like this before and maybe also has photos it would really fit well with my room layout
