Approx. 15 cm step access to the balcony results from the parapet height, which is given from the raw floor. 25 cm is indicated, minus approx. 15 cm floor construction plus approx. 5 cm threshold from a normal window = 15 cm step.
... no landing staircase is drawn. The drawn staircase is with floor dimensions 176x251 cm just a continuously rising U-staircase.
... the planned dining/living furniture arrangement is a mess. The table is probably planned to be about 180 cm and that in a niche with a raw construction dimension of 326 cm, so approx. 320 cm finished dimension. There remain 70 cm above/below the table in your planned positioning. If someone is sitting there, no one can get through anymore. The sofa right in the middle of the room as you placed it means the head is approx. 250 cm from the TV and it will be difficult to get into the niche between the TV and the sofa at the bottom of the plan. And you create a stupid corner at the top left of the plan. And to top it all off, all clear and straight paths towards the garden exits are nicely blocked by the table and sofa positioning.
The kitchen should also be planned urgently, because next to the outward-opening door, one should also consider sliding the door about 60 cm further towards the bottom of the plan to keep open the option to place kitchen furniture along the top wall of the plan. I don’t know how tall you are, if the approx. 90 cm finished parapet height is enough or if, because of kitchen working height, this needs to be checked again?
