Even if the thing is 110cm high, what do you want to store there? You can hardly move. From the attic ladder, you can only place something in one direction because you can't get to the other side. Does the 110cm already have the insulation and floor structure deducted, or will those still be subtracted?

So, on the picture far right is House 1, I think it has a height of 12 m. Built with a basement. HOUSE 2 is not finished yet, will have the same height, also 12 m.

Our houses A, B, and C will be attached, and are lower.

Here is the picture, House 1 and 2 are from an external developer, House 1 is finished, I think about 12 m, House 2 has only the basement, will get the same height. Our houses A, B, and C will be built at street level, and are only 10 m and lower. That’s why I think the knee wall should not be a problem for the city to allow it against the building specification.

According to the drawing of your acquaintance, he should have 11 cm more than the 63 cm shown in your drawing, namely 125-114 cm, so his height is 74 cm.

So he actually lives in it, everything is finished, with insulation, floor, etc., it has a height of 110, and my parents have the same; there is enough space to store things, more than with 60 cm.

Yes, that was also told to me, but the acquaintance says he has 110, I also saw the attic, it was a reasonable height, the family has a stroller, travel bed, all sorts of things standing in there. That would not be possible at 70 cm, I also wonder how that works? He is not too stupid to measure.

But your roof shape is not like that; the ridge is reversed.

And of course, houses ABC should have the same knee wall height and roof pitch.

If I understand correctly, A to C still need to be approved – right? Does the street have a slope?

Then it was perhaps built slightly different from the plans... or he installed the intermediate floor earlier. So that he does not have 272 cm room height at the highest point in the attic, but maybe only 240 cm.
