This is the house of an acquaintance, I am supposed to get the same one, just with a slightly different roof pitch... he has 38 degrees, I have 35 degrees plus 30 cm knee wall. Otherwise, the ceilings should be the same everywhere, right? I won't understand why the acquaintance has an attic with 120 and it doesn't work for me.... I was at his house, he measured,... I will also ask him now about the ceiling heights in the basement and upper floor,... according to the plan we have the same... I found them okay, we can't change them anyway

The house is 10 cm higher and I don’t see that there are 120 cm at the attic peak, I don’t know where you got that value from.

You should take a few minutes to understand reading all these height specifications.

Regarding the parapet height .. If you want 96 cm working height, then I would calculate 92 cm parapet height FINISHED FLOOR. If the worktop then becomes a little thinner than 4 cm, you can add some padding underneath. It is also important that with 92 cm parapet height FINISHED FLOOR, the window frame also allows at least a 4 cm thick worktop and that the window sash can still be easily opened.

So the thing with the storage height, was on site, it is 120cm high. He measured it three times for us. Yes, according to the plan he doesn't have it, but on site he had it.

Thanks, finally someone who understands my problem with the parapet height, I asked 10 kitchen experts and 5 architects, no one could say it correctly. It’s important to me to consider everything so that the finished height is between 94 and 96 and definitely not lower. That’s also what I meant the whole time, that the frame must also fit so the countertop fits in there, none of the experts understood that.

So if I tell the architect 92 cm above finished floor and the frame should allow for a 4 cm countertop, can I later take a thinner slab? Yes, right?

I want to have some buffer in case it’s not built exactly, better to have the window a bit higher than too low... I don’t even know if the 1.5 cm floor works? And as the architect calculated above, there is room for adjustment, right?

Yes, then the countertop in the window sill must be underpinned so that the 96 cm working height is achieved. But that is not a problem.

I would add a fixed-glass lower section of about 20 cm under the casement window to the kitchen window: then sugar bowls and kitchen herb pots etc. won't compete with opening the window.
