What do you want to illuminate with the many spots in the kitchen?

Useful is lighting over the work surface that is not installed behind the working person.

Didn't we already have that in this thread?

Yes, we did, but I was busy with other [Aachen] things. I wanted to go through it explicitly again now... because I have been looking at houses and read online that you have to have a certain distance from the wall and, for example, you can't install it directly above the countertop here? I myself have no idea,... thought 6 would be too few.... So I put more in?

I have uploaded a picture here. On the left is the house I saw, on the right my house. Silly question, but aren’t the rooms the same? In the house on the left the laundry room is very practical, everything I want to stand there fits in, isn’t my room (right) just as big? I’m still thinking, the heating system has the architect put it on the wall here when you come in on the right, I don’t like that, the door should be right next to the wall, the heating system can be positioned somewhere else, it will unnecessarily be in the way?

At least one of the usual suspects offers that too - I can't remember which one right now (and I don't know if yours offers it) - but I wouldn't do it here. It's not trivial and in my opinion not worth the extra effort (which always also carries a potential for complications). By the way, I would also leave the number of spots as they are, and rather pull the ones on the "plan left" more over the work surface.

Wtf is Alice ... uh, the HZK?

I don't understand the first paragraph, how would you not do that, ceilings of the house a bit lower in the attic, but more storage space in the loft? I want that, or what the architect suggests?

By HzK I meant the box, oh sorry it says HKV, that box where the heating system goes in. It's unnecessary if it’s on the right wall when you enter the laundry room. It just gets in the way there. It can be positioned elsewhere. Instead, the door can be placed on that wall so the left wall becomes longer, in case you want to put something there....

If I remember correctly, you are a Hildmann buyer. I recall someone mentioning in a thread here from one of the other usual suspects (Weisenburgerwernerwengerter) that there is the option to lower the ceiling between the upper floor and attic. Whether your provider would do that too, I don’t know right now – but I don’t see any effort or risk of the special treatment valuing the gain. As a loyal reader, you should have already taken my warnings here and on bauen-jetzt (the guide has changed the domain) seriously not to do much beyond a cat flap customization on developer projects. Absolutely not. The heating circuit distributor is the heart of the heating pipe "circuit diagram" and thus the last place where you should have ambitions to deviate from the house concept. Central and easily accessible “does no harm,” you will only open the “lid” every now and then once the system is properly calibrated. It couldn’t appear more discreet anywhere else. Even in antenna yellow it wouldn’t seriously stand out there.
