Floor plan of corner terraced house in planning - suggestions for changes?

So, I am a bit upset....the foundation slab was poured last week, 3 days later it was below freezing (3 or 4 degrees below zero). Then they already started to do some masonry work even though we had a construction stop due to formalities and wanted to wait...last week on Tuesday they did masonry work at 4 degrees, not much but the first row and some corners on the house 5 6 bricks high...after that there was frost again....days later. I am certainly unsettled. How many days after the foundation slab is poured should there be no rain or frost? Then there was still a puddle on the foundation slab, according to the internet that should not be the case either. When I said it should be covered, they said it was not necessary.

What has run over your keyboard? - I can still imagine something under a [Fienstag] or a [Motwenigdkeit] in an emergency, but how do you [6breigt] corners on the fifth house? And who imposed a "building stop" and why? Puddles form when it rains on not completely level surfaces, which is hardly avoidable. Walls should be covered after however few (and still incomplete) rows of stones.

Puddles form when it rains on surfaces that are not completely level, which is hardly avoidable. Walls need to be covered, no matter how few (and still incomplete) stone rows there are.

So the masonry should be covered?
On Friday, February 3rd, it was watered. MONATG was a puddle,... I don’t know exactly when it rained and on Tuesday several rows of stones were laid, after which there were below-zero temperatures and frost and nothing was covered. At some point it doesn’t matter, but not when it is freshly laid, right?
