No, I am building with a completely different developer, you are confusing me. This small heating box is a narrow box, it is on the ground floor under my stairs, on the 1st floor behind the bedroom door, and in the attic when you enter the laundry room on the right. Can you compare the two laundry rooms to see if there are any differences? I posted 2 pictures side by side.
Yes, I probably lumped "User" and "Bauherrin" 123 together. By the way, your thread history says you are only active in your own thread— but that wastes some opportunities in such a community. Which developer are you building with (and have you checked how similarly they operate compared to the other "suspects")?
Your laundry room troubleshooting picture gives me the impression that you basically visited the same house in the version of a different project.
I don’t understand the ceiling height issue, why the architect tells me that it can’t be made any lower.
Could it be that the roof construction is verified by a standard structural calculation and every change requires a new calculation?
Presumably, in the default version of this building model, the ceiling joists rest on the upper floor ceiling or something like that, and/or the stairs are always poured in the same form. The developer’s margin is essentially based on the credo "one size fits all." Basically, the principle is "prefab building in the stone-on-stone edition."

So, finally, something came from the architect, she changed it... do you think it’s better this way? Do I therefore have a bit more storage?
I looked at the same house we are building from our developer at acquaintances who have also built with him.
What is supposed to have been changed?
Here is the drawing from
And here’s the new one from today:
Same house height, same room heights, same roof pitch ... so what exactly is supposed to have been changed?

So the height of the attic last time in the middle was 63, now it is 83.
I’ll send you the matching email as well. Honestly, I can hardly compare them with each other... because every time there are new things drawn in or measurements differ... I don’t understand the height, how high are the ceilings in the attic now and how were they before?
Unfortunately, the number on the new drawing cannot be read ... but it cannot be higher than on the old drawing. You just have to compare the dimension chains on the left.
