Are they spotlights or floodlights? They can be used well in the hallway.

Hello,

The building application has been submitted, now it goes to the detailed planning. Could you please take a look to see if anything catches your eye? After that, I can no longer make any changes. Doors and window openings,.... and anything else you notice?

Ground floor: wardrobe + storage options on the ground floor too few - garbage area under the stairs is pre-programmed.
Attic floor: washing machine, dryer still below the 2m line near the 1m line. Sink estimated accordingly at 1.70m? That will cause regular headaches. Only double casement window in the bathroom, although a gable window would be possible.

Everything has already been said and apparently deemed unimportant - I’m out here. Good luck!

Well, the laundry room in the "attic studio" floor is of course nonsense as drawn. The criticized points (also from other posts) will probably only reduce the holding period of this middle house, but not be successfully wished away. Developers are not good fairies. Probably better to use the so-called "bathroom" here; a floor opening for a downpipe is apparently at least planned there (even if I do not see it continued in the floors below). I would also accept a gable window there.

Can someone help me with the spots in the kitchen? There are 6 in the plan. I Claude they are too few. I will take 9....where should they be positioned?

Thank you

That would be my idea,..... do I have to consider anything? How would you do it? I will reconsider the other points mentioned above. I actually want to keep most things as they are, except for the laundry room in the attic, doesn't the stuff not fit in there or what? According to the architect and I looked at a house, everything fit in like that.

Then it still bothers me that the storage room has such a low height that you can't make the ceilings lower, I don't understand why that isn't possible?
