Take a look at the terrace table for 4 people and the dining table for 6 people. If you value cooking and social dining, this area is comparatively underrepresented. Of course, a good cook can cook much better in a cramped space (work surfaces) than a bad cook in a large kitchen. And you can also have great evenings at cramped tables. Nevertheless, I would not build it that way.
I would strongly reconsider the alternative solution from opelau to the "walk-in wardrobe dead end."
The few extra steps to the toilet would not bother me. I really like that the orientation of the living room is not fixed on a television. Besides, there are also hidden solutions with motorized screens and projectors.
