This is how we envisioned the furnishing of the living room. The visualization was created according to our plans. We like open spaces and large windows.

Nice

Draw that in. You don’t have it

Table in the kitchen only works with a bench and has a built-in grill function. At some spots you cannot sit

Kitchen with large peninsula into the living room
Dining table in the ballroom
Living room into the kitchen

Sit down, draw in the furniture you want and have. Leave space for necessary movement area

Upper floor as revised earlier

The pictures look great. I also like the garden... The table and chairs are sized differently in the pictures than in the plan. This becomes clear, for example, by the fact that in the pictures the kitchen unit ends and only then the table begins. In the plan, these overlap.

Quote unfortunately does not work

Furniture is only partly a variable
A table with X seats requires the same space whether made of wood or glass
If an XXL sofa is a dream, it has to fit. The two-seater is a compromise
If 500 DVDs have to be stored, the space must be planned.

The kitchen planner cannot perform miracles

Groceries are stored in a proper pantry in the kitchen and the space under the stairs for the wine rack and cookie cutters can remain. It just means three more steps

Built-in wardrobes as you plan them are rare and impractical. The walk-in wardrobe shown in the proposal is common and practical. The sleeper is no longer disturbed. Whoever wakes up earlier gets up and no one is disturbed. With you: forgot the belt,
sneak,
quietly curse, the bed edge wasn’t there before,
into the wardrobe,
sneak back,
clang buckle hits the floor

I'll make it clear: The images do not reflect the plan and are not consistent with each other.
