... just draw it ... the table will be at the main access to the terrace and way too close to the fireplace ... or what is your idea?

I just saw the "original floor plan" and laughed out loud. Everything that was criticized was better solved in the "original floor plan." Maybe that is an insult to the modifiers and is the reason for the thin-skinned reaction to the requested feedback. I'm getting some chips, enjoying the good entertainment, and am out on content.

I don't find the draft that dramatic – for a self-design. However, the fact that people want to be at the final planning stage with it is troubling. In my opinion, the situation eases significantly if the dining area bay window is widened to 5.2m. That probably wouldn't mean a knockout for the budget right away. Additionally, the windows need to be adjusted, the utility room slightly enlarged, and the guest WC + guest room optimized. The whole thing could then look something like this:

It should be noted here that it will be a genuine eat-in kitchen. So a kitchen including a dining table without a kitchen island or any fuss. I personally like that too. It can be very cozy, but you have to want it. In return, the living area is more spacious. I have moved the living room doors slightly forward to create at least a bit of a cozy corner. However, space for a TV is tricky like this – but according to the TE, unimportant...?!
If it were mine, cooking/eating would be at the front and the chill corner at the top right, as most people here have thought. Fundamentally, it remains questionable whether the terrace orientation to the southeast is so clever. One would rather expect southwest, right?

The upper floor needs to be revised. The common and already shown variant would probably be the children's rooms facing south, as already sketched here:

Whether exactly in this form is still open for discussion.
But if you’re building such a bay window anyway, you could also use it as a balcony for the bedroom, I think. Shaking out the beds outside or hanging them over the railing is a nice additional benefit. This way, the son would also have his view of the street:

The elevations are currently a real disaster. Admittedly, it’s a bit tricky here and there. But a little more symmetry doesn't hurt a townhouse. Here are the elevations from the above suggestion.

I really like that! In the dirty area in the hallway, there is space for a built-in closet, then comes a nice clean hallway, it's just a pity that there are no area specifications, but it doesn't look as big as before and also looks square. You have reserved space for a large closet in the guest room, great! The idea of widening the bay window is also brilliant, and I also like the niche for the kitchen block. Upstairs, only the walk-through wardrobe bothers me. Everything else is a great solution. Unfortunately, we can't afford a balcony, it was calculated with 10 TE. Thank you very much! Did you make the drawings with a program?
