A smaller door (60 cm) so that it does not conflict with the entrance door.

60 cm wide doors are out of the question.
Nowadays, even every kitchen cabinet is at least 80 cm :)

I presented the floor plans in post #25. Other drawings are not yet available. However, communication with potential general contractors is ongoing, and more detailed plans based on our designs will follow shortly. Some points from the questionnaire no longer play a role in this project. Nevertheless, I will address a few of the questions:

What do you especially like? Why?
The mini building envelope does not allow many possibilities. Under the circumstances, we find our plans pretty good. The attic will serve as an office and guest room. Without the attic, the project

What don’t you like? Why?
Anything that takes square meters away from the living spaces. Hallway, corridor, guest WC, staircase should be planned space-saving. Living/kitchen, Child I and bedroom should be as spacious as the tiny house footprint allows.

Air/heat pump, underfloor heating

Price is known, it has been compared, financing is secured.

I have already pointed out in the numerous discussions about locking bathroom doors that only someone who doesn’t have a paramedic in their circle of friends would do such a thing. A door blocked by an unconscious person behind it is essentially equivalent to a locked door ;-(

But there is now a dependency on the stairs. Only if we can place the stairs so that you can still get out into the attic at a spot where you have enough standing height. At least with one design that was not possible.

With the one you showed here in post #25, I have no concerns about that.

That’s right, the drawing does show a gap between the "house partition walls," but then at the facades both the outer shell and the insulation layer between are continuous, those are thermal bridges.

The sentence sort of ends abruptly. I suspect it means there will only be a storage room there (in which, of course, around a desk you may also leave space to theoretically sit at it, and a nice lamp and internet are not forbidden there either) — I’ll leave the sentence ending as it is.

The attic will serve as a study and guest room. Without the attic, the project....... would be significantly less comfortable and would not meet our requirements for living space. A cheer for the attic.

.. post 84 is so good, but I’m afraid that maybe the wall to the left of the stairs has to be a 17 cm wall after all .. stair attachment? If possible, though, one should save the 6 cm ;)
