Because we already have a large living room and absolutely do not want to have a smaller one. Also, a large table can be placed there.

Is there currently a table permanently placed in there, or is the space only used for that purpose when needed? Don't get me wrong, everyone should build their own house according to their needs. I just think that this comes at the expense of the kitchen. Could you draw the furniture to scale that is supposed to be placed there? Maybe it will become clearer and the possible bottlenecks will show themselves.

Have you already thought about furnishing the living room? I currently see no possibility to place anything at all. Where should the TV go? In front of the window to the terrace? And then squeeze a small cabinet into the upper left corner of the plan? I also find it cozy when there are a few pieces of furniture in the living room, with books etc.

do you really want two large dining areas

1 kitchen with sufficient workspace
1 large dining area
1 cozy spacious living room
you have the space
At the moment
kitchen without workspace
too small dining area
relatively small living room
large ballroom

Hmm... once again an example of many square meters, little use. The whole room layout upstairs is so thoughtless. I would always like to have morning sun in a bathroom, so that somehow belongs on the east side. Bedroom, dressing room, storage room can be dark, so put them to the north. Downstairs there is the corridor, the toilet, the living room is too big, the utility room and the kitchen-living room are too small. Why even have the 'extension' in the kitchen? It can go, and instead the table goes into the completely unused space in the living room.

... already in opalau outlined how the actual entrance area can be made somewhat larger, how more storage space can be created there in a sensible way, and how the passage hallway gives up space to the other rooms.
