City villa floor plan 185m² - Please provide feedback!

The far better floor plan. 3.1m² for a guest bathroom is not small, that's enough. No one will EVER use the shower, I promise. Sorry, but this is what happens when you change some floor plan beyond recognition. It’s really a pity that very, very many houses are built exactly like this.

The freezer should already be in the pantry. You use it more often than many little things that you need once a year. It is understandable that you want a storage room for that. Just don't bend over backwards for it.

I like your floor plan better than the OP's and the obscured original.

The freezer could not really have been planned in the previous pantry - probably a freezer/fridge combination was intended in the kitchen (that would be too little for me - but I know many who manage with that).

As I said: if the house were half a meter longer, then it would be less stressful.

In the design, many things are considered and don't fit.

Much has been considered in the draft and it doesn't fit

...because no one makes the effort to translate the thinking into drawings with furniture dimensions.

Thank you very much for your answers and also for putting so much time into our planning!!! As I said, no matter how you look at it, you don't get a generally satisfactory result. But I just thought of something: for example, we leave the living room and kitchen where they are, remove the right window in the bay window, and the kitchen will run along the right wall. It's 5 meters. In the middle an island and the large dining table in the living room.
