The fireplace is probably a must-have. So why should it be removed? Unfortunately, the plan does not match the pictures, just as the entrance does not please the OP.
The house is big enough to accommodate both wishes.

Why? It is not necessary. It is expensive. It takes up space. It makes a mess. It requires work. It restricts planning. It makes the place too warm. It is rarely used. But you don’t have to question any sliding door, tub, oven, or pantry now if the wishes are individual.
It also doesn’t help to put the cart before the horse – this is first and foremost about the implementation of a house design.
That TE can’t read the 2D well and therefore the oven corner doesn’t look like the photo visually is a completely different matter and was explained quite well by . And it doesn’t mean you have to do without it.
