There are also great jobs and even weekends where the children sleep in and parents can enjoy the sunrise.

Honestly, I have never seen a floor plan (and I have seen very, very many) that would meet my expectations. Sometimes the pantry is missing, sometimes the storage room, sometimes the children's rooms are too small... there is always something. Everyone just has their own ideas.

Then the master bedroom just moves to the south again. Nobody can smell that anyway.

Draw all the furniture once and not verbally could.
Also below

2 dining spots that are too close to the stove. Small kitchen you can't get a kitchen for 20 sqm.
The house is big, your wishes could be realized. Just not like this.
Too much space in the wrong place and where it is needed, it is missing.

Hm... assuming we swap the kitchen with the living room. The corner sofa in the right corner. Then the question arises: where to put the TV? Where does the fireplace go?
Well, the pantry could stay there, only the door would have to be placed frontally.
And the pipes?
Sure, it could look stylish, but well, I don't really know.

I thought you wrote that the TV is not that important to you? In the current floor plan, it doesn't fit anyway. And since the fireplace is now also being used as a room divider, I don't see any problem fitting it in when swapping the rooms...

Regarding pipes: You can also move the bathroom to the upper left side of the plan if a children's room is supposed to be on the street side anyway, the guest WC is already on that side. Shouldn't be a problem.

The TV isn't that important anyway, you wrote. So now it is after all???
