The stairs are still underneath and start approximately in the middle of the room. It actually fits. I used the kitchen planner program 'Küchenquelle', where all the dimensions are given specifically.

Then remember that the area behind the freezer is not usable. You have a maximum of 40 cm between the freezer and the wall to pass through.
