The exterior views don't really blow me away either - but I'd prefer a necessary window that doesn't necessarily make the facade more beautiful over dark corners inside the house. However, the windows should possibly be reconsidered. Mycraft has already given you a few tips.

Just quickly, on the one hand how the upper floor could also be divided. Larger children's rooms with better orientation, practical dressing room and storage space between children's rooms and the master bedroom.

And for the ground floor once, what I meant when moving the walls for the study and guest toilet.

Can you show us a site plan of the property?
Is there a reason why the west side is being built with the garage? If there's the freedom to choose, it is usually more common to place the garage on the east side to benefit from the evening sun in the living areas during summer.

Everything about the upper floor has already been discussed; I quickly turned the ideas of the fellow forum members into a sketch for you...
The bathroom still seems very poorly thought out to me with wasted space in some areas (sink) and cramped spots in others (toilet)...

Opalaus variant for the upper floor is exactly what I also had in mind
possibly reduce the storage room in favor of the bedroom a bit - I'm not sure if you can place a sufficiently large double bed in the bedroom that way.

But I would definitely reconsider the window distribution there - windows in the dressing room and storage as well as equivalent windows on the sides of the children's rooms.

I first ignored the windows

One can also quite easily steal more space from the hallway and give it to the rooms.

Swap kitchen with living room. What's the point of this large and unused area? Size isn't everything. There's no space for it in the dining area. The upper floor of is better. The children's rooms face the garden and presumably south, a storage room (which is missing anyway). Be sure to draw your furniture to scale.
