Somehow, back then the statements of experts were worth more. Over the last 15 years, I have the feeling that in almost every area you have to acquire at least some basic knowledge to avoid being taken advantage of. That really annoys me personally because I partly don't have the time or desire for that. Therefore, I am really grateful for such forums. ...regarding the building plot in the neighboring village, we are initially cautious. It is located directly on the main road (commuter traffic to the next big city) and is not developed, or it still needs to be connected to the sewage system. Two or three years ago, it was apparently offered for 35 € per sqm.
