To be honest, I also don’t understand why everyone agreed that it wouldn’t work for Jana with a better income (and younger), but here it’s supposed to work??? 100sqm at €2000 makes €200,000. Additional construction costs €40,000 Kitchen €10,000 Remaining for land plus outdoor facilities €50,000 How is that supposed to work? And you also have to consider that they probably wouldn’t build until 2022, where €2000/sqm will probably be a challenge even in SH, right? But from the south, you unfortunately can’t imagine some prices that apparently exist elsewhere. For us, the development costs in the building area alone were €70/sqm, so land prices under €100 somehow seem unreal, maybe that’s why I just don’t understand it ;-)
