That's a long-term vacation!

yes, that was our goal, to (again) live where others vacation. It will be our primary residence, so the (overnight) lockdown does not apply. For the past 38 years, I have followed work all over Germany, now it's over, there was a golden handshake and my wife was able to get transferred.

You can also have a primary residence in a holiday apartment By the way, it also saves tourist tax, although I rarely use it :p Cheers Olli

Can <> Want. The issue is not new but only reveals the chimera of the pseudo-green buzzword "infill development." In moderation certainly good, but overall cities become sterile because of it. The only further development takes place in the surrounding areas – and that also means incorporations & overarching planning. Both on a small and large scale.
