Yes, he did then. But that is also the crux here. The locals simply cannot compete with the city dwellers. Almost all the houses we have looked at or seen online and are now sold have "foreign" license plates in front of the door.

That is probably true. When I see what is going on here at the Baltic Sea, we shouldn’t have bought and built even a moment later. Land at 115, now 240. House at 200, now probably 250. Above all, the plot has more than doubled in four years. This is not normal. Who is driving the prices like this? Hamburg above all.

Yes, Hamburg has always been a keen buyer. It hasn't gotten any better with the broadband expansion. For those who already have something, it's a nice thing... NRW and now also southern Germany like to get a retirement home here.

WE VERY OFTEN HAVE REALLY BAD WEATHER AND IT IS RARELY WARMER THAN 20 DEGREES IN THE HEIGHT OF SUMMER..... AND ANYWAY... THE EAST WIND IS REALLY AWFUL!!

I'll help... everyone come to Berlin. Here, there is everything that exists elsewhere, only for less. Everything is really great here and there are no problems, that's all propaganda. (Gotta make sure my real estate keeps increasing in value)...
