I also think that the shower doesn't fit in terms of shape. However: if you get rid of the straight bathtub and extend the shower all the way to the bottom of the plan (with a sloping roof then box it in a bit and/or build a bench into the shower there), then use a quarter-round bathtub and then the toilet will have space somewhere there as well. If necessary, you can reduce the utility room by 10cm, but you won't get any other functional bathroom furniture arrangement then.

A smaller bathtub was also my first idea. Maybe like this? Just look at it as a sketch, the measurements are not exact (but almost ;-) )

The edge is a roof, and with a 2-meter line and/or indication of the knee wall height, one could definitely propose something.

What do you still want to do in the room with the washing machine and dryer? And is the wall between the bathroom and laundry room fixed? If you just want a separate place for the washing machine and dryer, the following would also be conceivable: a niche with double or sliding doors, accessible from the hallway, behind which the washing machine and dryer stand side by side, with a shelf above for detergent etc. A board laid on the two appliances, so you can fold laundry there. Then the partition wall can move to the right according to the plan and you have a bit more space in the bathroom for puzzling. The 2m line would really be interesting to estimate whether the toilet and bathtub could go downwards according to the plan.

My suggestion does not work so well.
here is a (good) alternative. I derived the knee wall from the hallway…

Played around a bit last night. But it only works if the wall between the bathroom and the laundry room is flexible and if the space for the laundry would be sufficient for you. Unfortunately, I don’t have any more ideas. The size of the hallway is quite large, but I’m afraid you can’t pinch anything off for the laundry because of the dormer (?).
