Child 2 and living are very elongated.
From which floor height or clear room height are you starting?
And what step dimension did the staircase you transferred have?
Floor height is unchanged according to the cross-section I once shared. RBM 2.70 m and clear room height then approx. 2.50 m. The staircase used has 6+1+6 steps and 1.93x2.70 m.
What are the optimal dimensions for a landing staircase with this room height?
I don't think all the original dimensions are correct.
Beds, for example, if the mattress is 100x200, then you should plan 10 cm more for the drawing, better at least 110x210 or 220, due to the bed frame and some distance to the wall. Then, for example, the parents' bedroom is also relativized, because the 304 cm shown on the left is misleading, it is only 271 cm (see bathroom) room depth, so there will be a somewhat narrow passage at the foot of the bed. Possibly a TV is also supposed to be on the wall.
As I said, the dimensions come from the planning software I used. Therefore, they should be roughly correct. The bed upstairs, for example, is 180x206.5 cm.
Generally, spatially, the guest area and utility room/WC etc. should be mirrored so that the utility room etc. are more towards the north at the driveway.
The house is now, in this design, basically rotated by 90 degrees so that the utility room and WC face the street and the entrance faces north.
We will try again to think about the elongated rooms.
From your point of view, are there also things that fit well with the new design?
