It is one to two steps (or so) more. However, the floor plan also offers up to 4.20 meters in length. I advise every self-planner to plan for 4 meters so that the room arrangement works out.
Personally, I paid attention to 15 steps in our house construction (without prior knowledge from the forum).
I got that. It works without being steep, which was important to me. I believe it is 3.70, but just simply wreathed at the top.

a new update from our side: since the "large" version (11x9.5m) exceeds the budget, we want to take the middle way. I have therefore drawn some floor plan drafts based on a floor area of 9.5m x 10.5m.

The staircase is now 4m long and 1m wide. Otherwise, everything should be fine for a sketch for now. What do you think? Despite your statements, I would like to send it to the planner like this, since it ultimately is based on his design with slight adjustments. In particular, the assessment of the structural engineering / feasibility would then still be relevant by the company.



As you can see, the house does not have any windows yet. For this, I would like to ask you again for ideas and suggestions on:
