That may be the case for you, but why does it always have to be generalized? Here you pay xy EUR per meter. Everything is included, even civil engineering. Even if you do the civil engineering yourself, you still pay xy EUR and not less. Telekom did not reimburse me 400 EUR either because they could directly throw themselves into the open cable trench and did not have to reopen it themselves.

For example, e.dis Netz does the electricity. They charge about 1500 euros for the connection on the property with a column at the property boundary. From there you can then lay and connect yourself if you want to save money.
