I have to get this off my chest again, what I think every time in this thread: you are trying to squeeze too much into 150sqm. Walk-in closet, guest room, separate utility room, that is simply too much for 150sqm. What’s added to that is the straight staircase, which creates a lot of hallway. But what really is the ultimate challenge in misperception is a landing staircase, which steals at least 2sqm per floor from you. The idea of not placing it in the hallway but constructing yet another hallway is simply impossible. You can clearly see it in the rooms.

Thanks, constantly these completely exaggerated wishes on a comparatively tiny area and then the planner is supposed to perform magic. No! If you want 6 rooms and extra wishes, then you need at least 180 sqm and you also have to be able to afford that. Otherwise, reduce the requirements.

Yes! More courage for improvisation. And if you are completely unsure about future needs, choose a different roof shape that can be considered as an expansion reserve. Or think modularly and place the building in such a way that, for example, a room can be added.

So, just for fun, I measured one child's room: the bed is 70 x 160 small. Luckily, not all beds are full size.

Hello everyone,

attached is an update of the planner, which I am posting to you first without our thoughts on it. The house has become +50cm larger on both sides and the open space has been removed. One of the children's rooms will be the guest room (since there is only one child, if a second one comes there should be a sofa bed in the office).

Feel free to shoot your opinions and criticism again. We are collecting and will then (probably) go to the next round. Thanks in advance!

Well, the stairs are still steep and have quite a shallow tread depth.

Unfortunately, the facilities, especially the kitchen, realistic wardrobe dimensions, etc., have not been adjusted. The kitchen passages next to this cooking island are about 50 cm.
The cabinets in the dressing room are less than 60 cm deep with the door.
The planning of the children's rooms .. I can only repeat the tip about the 140 cm youth beds, it doesn't fit like this either.

Master bedroom, the width for the bed is 327 cm and the passage is again right next to the head. At the foot end of the bed to the wall on the left side of the plan is much more unused space.

The bathtub on the upper floor behind the door hmm.

I still don't understand why the upper floor bathroom and utility room are only supposed to have these basement window bands.

The shower on the ground floor should have the open part facing the window.

And, the draftsman should add a north arrow to his drawings each time.
