here is the current status of the preliminary planning. We will now use this for the building permit discussion with the construction company. The details (such as the guest WC, final staircase length, etc.) will then be clarified as part of the execution planning.

There will also be changes to the windows early next week. I will then send the final version of the preliminary planning again.
