Why do you want to go to the planner with your draft? Does he himself have no ideas or is he just a "sign servant"? You can mess around with floor plan drafts yourself, but please don't present them to the planner. That kills creativity!

About the draft:
- Do you want a pedestal staircase? If yes, then a few steps are missing
- I would draw furniture pieces in original size. Then some rooms won't look so spacious anymore.
- I hope you are all slim because otherwise I won't get through the 40cm wide hole into the shower.
- The width of the rooms is often not very generous?

Again, the tip from above, don't show the plan to your planner!

I don't find the basic sketch approach so "bad" at all. But I also see major problems with the hose room as well as with the size of the stairs. However, the entire floor plan depends on this.

The entrance, with the same house placement, would then no longer be at the carport driveway but on the side facing the street, as in my example.

What does your planning situation look like? Own architect or builder with employees?

I had looked up the floor plan of the staircase on the internet and transferred the measurements.

They are all original size.

How would you do it? Leave out measurements and show only the sketch, or even just text with the requirements?

Construction contractor with employees. But they also have an architect.

Living/dining room, kitchen and children's room or all of the property?

Child 2 and living area are very cramped.

From which floor height or clear room height are you assuming?

And what was the step dimension of the staircase you transferred?

I don’t think all the measurements are original.

Beds, for example, if the mattress is 100x200, you should plan 10 cm more for the drawing, so at least 110x210, better 220, because of the bed frame and some distance to the wall. That also relativizes the master bedroom, because the 304 cm shown on the left is misleading; it’s only 271 cm (see bathroom) room depth, so there will be a somewhat narrow passage at the foot of the bed. Maybe a TV is also supposed to be mounted on the wall there.

I always recommend planning children’s rooms with a mattress size of 140x200, so 150x210. Because at the latest with the beginning of puberty, the desire for a wider bed arises. It then serves as a hangout spot, etc.

Take a look at your dimensions.

In general, the guest area and utility room/WC etc. should be mirrored in terms of location, so that the utility room etc. are more towards the north near the driveway.
