I don't see a stair landing here at all. The roof will also be cheaper than yours
The dining area looks narrow to me. I think you can skip the patio doors in the corner. Instead, I would plan a larger window in the south.
Utility room as storage room is very tight.
As a dining table, we would not choose the usual 100cm width but rather 90cm. The kitchen island can also be a bit closer to the kitchen; that should work better with the doors then.

There are 561 cm available ... 60 cm on the right, peninsula 100 cm, if an eating table makes sense then there should only be 100 cm row spacing .. basically sufficient .. but one should also plan the kitchen. Because 300 cm should be granted to a dining area. In the basic drawing the peninsula is only shown as 60 cm deep. These are often tricks in architectural drawings to simulate more spaciousness than there actually is.The kitchen island can also be moved a bit closer to the kitchen, that should work better with the doors.

Yes, we planned the kitchen with an external planner, then found our dream kitchen as a showroom kitchen, adjusted it a bit together with the external planner, and then implemented and purchased the plans at the furniture store. That fits quite well. But as mentioned, the dining table will also be a bit narrower. We have to organize the assembly ourselves.

Our bungalow has similar dimensions.. But we have a staircase to the attic and a different roof truss construction (roof pitch approx. 26 degrees). The roof itself is also not insulated. The insulation is located on the ceiling of the top floor. We use the attic as a storage room and for drying laundry. I wouldn't want to do without it..
Did you nail OSB boards fully across the entire roof directly onto the roof beams? I was strongly advised against doing that by everyone (roofer, construction manager, drywall installer)...

You can always take such changes to the house into account during the execution planning.
