However, I would change the entrance door to a swing door and place it on the left side of the utility room, so that wardrobe cabinets can be placed along the right wall of the children's bathroom.

Our bungalow has similar dimensions. However, we have a staircase to the attic and a different roof structure (roof pitch approx. 26 degrees). The roof itself is not insulated either. The insulation is located on the floor ceiling. We use the attic as a storage room and for drying laundry. I wouldn't want to miss it.

I don’t see a stair landing here at all. The roof will also be cheaper than yours . The dining area looks narrow to me. I think the patio doors can be omitted in the corner. Instead, I would plan a larger window in the south. Utility room as a storage space is very tight.

Yes…. unfortunately.. and I find that very unfortunate.. There would be so much potential.. Here I would invest some money. For a relatively small additional cost, you get so much extra space.

Hi! Thank you very much for the numerous ideas and suggestions!

We have planned the children's bathroom a bit more generously since we have two girls and, based on experience, a bit of space is needed here for girl stuff. :) I would discuss the partitioned chamber with my husband over the weekend.

I believe we originally planned the roof as suggested, but with another provider. The photos really show how great it looks. Where would the price difference be? And did it have to be approved again by the building authority?

Thanks again for the feedback, and of course I'm happy that the floor plan works so well otherwise! :)

Perhaps one more objection.. I currently do not see where your bed should be placed in the bedroom.. I find the door to the main bathroom extremely inconveniently positioned (I would probably place the bed against this wall). It would be better to position it opposite [Ki-Zi1]. The bathtub will surely find another place in the bathroom. Best regards
