Floor plan of a bungalow with 140 sqm - does the storage space fit?

It always depends on how you live. What is supposed to fit in the [Technikraum], is laundry also done / sorted / folded there, are cleaning supplies and a scrub brush stored there, etc. – a lot of space is quickly taken up if you also use the room for storage.

However, I would change the door swing and place it on the left side next to the utility room, so that wardrobe cabinets can then be placed along the right wall of the children's bathroom.

Just changing the door swing without creating space for placement is hardly useful.

I have the "small technology" in the hallway, behind the door that opens. Water connection, telecommunications, meter box, converter. All of this fits nicely shallow against the wall. Nothing protrudes more than 20cm. [...] Apparently, a "walk-in" technology room is necessary. But why actually?

This list apparently also includes house entries. If I remember correctly, you live in Belgium, where German regulations do not apply accordingly. Here, all this stuff alone fills entire walls due to their minimum distances from each other.

That’s exactly what I had also suggested.

But in general, I don’t find the hallway that narrow. Although there are no dimensions in the last drawing, based on the door width, I estimate 1.80 to 2 m. With a 60 cm cabinet there, 1.20 to 1.40 m remain. That is enough space.

Here is a photo of my hallway with hoses:
Overall about 180 cm wide, closet 30 cm deep. That leaves about 150 cm. I also have my bike standing in the hallway.
Without the bike, it’s really okay, even with several people. The tape measure in the photo is extended to 140 cm.

11ant, there is some truth to the fact that building regulations are handled more casually around here. You can see that from the adventurous construction here. :oops:
