I have been searching unsuccessfully for over a year for someone like 11ant to plan the upcoming renovation of my own house in Munich (see Avatar)...
I would immediately try to hire 11ant if he were not so far away.

I am currently active near Bremen. I have also been to Dresden and Freiburg, even though both are not in the Rhineland either. Years ago I had an interesting project in Munich, successfully without an on-site appointment. Munich internet works just as fast as Bremen internet, I don't even need the famous ten minutes with the Transrapid. My avatar will show you the way, I can surely be helpful for you too.
