Addendum… I would probably also put the shower on the other side.. I find it inconvenient to have a shower so close to the bed… the wall is not very thick.. Best regards

, the interior walls 11cm are made of sand-lime brick (Kalksandstein) in our case and partially load-bearing, have them shown to you in the floor plan which ones are load-bearing (difficult to change) and which are non-load-bearing. And take all made of sand-lime brick for sound insulation.

I see it differently with the bedroom. The access door to the bedroom is well placed .. however, I would omit the window on the right side of the plan and instead make the window at the bottom of the plan wider or have two narrow windows with space for the bed in between. Then the headboard of the bed can be on the right and there is no connection with the bathroom wall, and the flow when entering the bedroom is also maintained.

However, I would not place the bed with the headboard to the right side of the plan. Then the feet point towards the bathroom door. Bad Feng Shui or, if you don’t care about Feng Shui: it doesn’t feel calm and cozy to stare directly at a door from the bed.

But that’s the case in most bedrooms ... I find a door right next to the head much worse ;)

I do believe in it a little bit.. ;) Right under our bed, the pipe to our radiator already ran along.. At my request, the craftsmen quickly relocated the pipe to the walking area. Fortunately, it was only a small effort..
